SurvivalMP — Terms and Conditions Operated under CelestaraNetworks | Last Modified: March 29th, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the SurvivalMP web store. SurvivalMP is operated under CelestaraNetworks, the parent company responsible for overseeing server operations, community standards, and store management.

The terms "we," "us," or "our" refer to the SurvivalMP management team and CelestaraNetworks. The terms "you" or "your" refer to the individual making a purchase. "Perks" refers to any item available for purchase on our web store, including but not limited to ranks and commands.

By completing a purchase on our web store, you agree to be irrevocably bound by these Terms. These Terms may be updated at any time and without prior notice. You will be held to the Terms that were in effect at the time of your purchase.

All personal data submitted during checkout is handled in accordance with CraftingStore's Privacy Policy, available at https://craftingstore.net/legal.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Nature of Purchases

All items offered through our web store are entirely digital and intangible. They hold no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable. All purchases are automatically processed and delivered to your account within fifteen (15) minutes of payment confirmation.

Due to the instant and non-tangible nature of our products, all sales are final except where outlined in Section 4 (Money-Back Policy).

3. Limitation of Liability

Because all items are non-tangible digital goods, SurvivalMP and CelestaraNetworks are not responsible for the loss of purchased perks resulting from, but not limited to:

Server resets
Player data resets
Server punishments issued to your account
Loss of items or death occurring in-game
Permanent or temporary server shutdown

In the event that perks are lost due to any of the above, SurvivalMP's administration team and CelestaraNetworks are not liable to provide replacement perks or issue refunds.

4. Money-Back Policy

Refunds are only granted under the following circumstance:

A purchase was made without the consent of a parent or legal guardian by a minor.

To initiate a refund request, please open a support ticket on our Discord server and provide the following:

Transaction ID
Date of purchase
Payment method used

Refund requests that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed.
